These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ConfabX, including the ConfabX web application, mobile apps, APIs, integrations, and all related services (“Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using ConfabX, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply worldwide. Where mandatory consumer laws apply, they remain unaffected.
ConfabX is a real-time control and routing engine for live performances. It processes, transforms, routes and transmits user-provided data (“Inputs”) to multiple external systems (“Outputs”) including third-party services such as DFBX, Akronym, Bridge AI, Webhooks, Clipboard, iOS Shortcuts and others.
ConfabX does not guarantee correctness, delivery, timing, formatting, availability, or success of any output.
You acknowledge that ConfabX is used in live environments (e.g. stage performances, shows, broadcasts) where failures, delays, misrouting or data loss may cause disruption, embarrassment, financial loss or reputational harm.
You use ConfabX entirely at your own risk.
ConfabX is provided as a professional tool — not as a safety-critical system.
You are solely responsible for:
You must not use ConfabX for illegal, deceptive, abusive, harmful or infringing purposes.
ConfabX integrates with third-party services. These services are not controlled by Niessen GmbH.
We are not responsible for:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
Any actions performed using your account are considered authorized by you.
Some features of ConfabX require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed via Apple In-App Purchases or other authorized platforms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the platform where you subscribed.
All payments are handled by Apple or the relevant app store. We do not control refunds or billing disputes.
If you participate in the ConfabX Affiliate / Ambassador Program, commissions (if any) apply only to direct referrals (single-tier). No commissions are paid for referrals of referrals or any multi-level structure. Attribution is handled via a last-click-wins referral cookie with a 30-day window (or until registration). Commission calculations are based solely on the referred user’s eligible payments, as defined in the program rules.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create technical, legal or security risks.
ConfabX is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
ConfabX, its software, UI, branding and systems are the exclusive property of Niessen GmbH.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Exclusive jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.

ConfabX wird in Live-Umgebungen eingesetzt. Fehler, Verzögerungen oder Ausfälle können zu Schäden führen.
Die Nutzung erfolgt vollständig auf eigenes Risiko.
